Change how delta values calculated on traffic graph on Projects#170

Now the traffic for the last day is compared to the traffic for the day 30 days ago. So, this delta value isn’t very useful because it doesn’t take into account that working days and weekends often have different traffic metrics. For example you can compare the last day with the same day on the weekend 7 days ago, for example a monday with the last monday etc.
