Make it possible to prioritize sites#180

Now sites are displayed on the Dashboard in the order they are added, which is often incorrect:

1. I add the most important sites to the Dashboard first
   And then I add sites that are less important to me

And it turns out that now I have the most recent and not important to me sites at the beginning, and the most important sites at the end
