Add tags to Rank Tracker#185

Now there are 2 entities: links and folders (groups), missing the third as tags

Here’s an example:
In the folder (group) I add all keywords associated with one cluster

• buy iphone 14
• iphone 14 in san diego
• new iphone 14 near me

But I want to see a picture of all the models, and I would like to add tags on all the models:

• buy iphone 7
• buy iphone 8
• buy iphone 9
• buy iphone 10
• buy iphone 11
• buy iphone 12
