Create rules for ignoring issues, rather than ignore the issue as a whole.#200

For example: “Page has more than 2 links to internal page with the same anchor”.

This issue is on all my pages, since he main category is in my main menu and in the breadcrumbs. Logically, they have the same anchor, so the issue could be ignored.

However, I would still like to know if there are other duplicate anchors that might need fixing.
