Add ability to ignore issue in Site Monitoring but leave it in Site Audit report#203

Now I have an ability to ignore the issue in Site Audit. But ignoring it I delete it as from Site Monitoring, such from Site Audit forever.

I need a feature to ignore the issue from Site Monitoring (there are issues that are changed frequently, but it’s not a signal for me, like Page has 0 impressions), but I would like to leave such issues in Site Audit, because it helps to make a better website audit.
