Add Traffic Forecast metric to Rank Tracker#249

Now Rank Tracker has a Visibility metric. This is a general metric that helps to evaluate the overall search perfromace for all tracked keywords. But this metrics is not such clear as some metric to forecast the overall traffic by all tracked keywords.

So, it’s better to add traffic forecast metric too.
