Add ability to change date format in all tools#269

Add ability to choose which one dae format to use in all calendars in all tools:

• Month-Day-Year with no leading zeros (2/17/2009)
• Day-Month-Year with no leading zeros (17/2/2009)

Now only one format is available

and obviously the INTERNATIONAL format YY-MM-DD (HH MM SS MS uS nS . . . .

only the international datum format is used in Science and most developed countries do so. Its the only format that can be sorted numerically.
