Add option to create scheduled reports#291

Now I have an option only to invite use to the project. However, I can’t manage the notifications this user receives. And sometimes I don’t want to invite a user to the tool, but only send him the reports with data and that’s all.

The separate tool ‘Reports’ should help with that.
