User management improvements#296

It seems, for users, if you want to add a user to other projects after intially inviting them, you can only do it one by one via the project itself: there is no option to bulk edit a users access via the user management section

You can use it button for bulk user management. You can enter the even emails that were already invited, to invite the same user to new projects.

@Ivan Palii thank you, i had worked this out, but as you have an actual user management section, would it not make sense to be able to do it from there, rather than have to send out new invites. Okay, typing in a email address is not a huge thing, but why have to when their email is right there on the user management already?
