An alert when sitemap is broken#368

“Just found a client’s sitemap has been broken for a few days - can we add alerting specific to that? If not now, can you add to product roadmap?

I guess you’d have to check an index, from robots.txt, if a link exists, then spider out to any linked sitemaps.
If sitemap is not in the robots.txt, that would be technical issue to flag.”
