Add bulk URL checker as extra tool#37

Site Audit works good. But sometimes I need to check the list of URLs that are not on the site for their HTTP status codes, canonical tags, meta robots tags etc. They can be as with one domain name such with different domain names.

This would be excellent for migrations! Often i just have a subset of URLs and I just want to check their response codes and destination URL to ensure that the end result matches what i had orginally mapped out. Might put in a seperate migration check feature request
