Ability to segment URLs within website monitor and other tools#58

E.g. tag urls that sit under site.com/apples or site.com/oranges as a URL that belongs to the segment/tag as “apples” or “oranges” for easy reports, segmentation, and data manipulation.

• Add ability to monitor only a specific segment of the pages.
